Skip Mangum
Skip and his wife Casey have lived in Cumming since 1993 and raised their two children in the North Forsyth area. He joined Flack’s in 1995 as one of its original employees and has remained a vital part of the team since then, assisting clients and helping them upgrade their homes with superior flooring. In his spare time, he enjoys watching college football (UGA & FSU) and softball.
JP Short
JP is a Berry College graduate and a knowledgeable flooring expert of 4 years. In regards to what excites him to come to work every day, he says, “I love meeting people and learning about what they would love in their home. It is then an exciting challenge to showcase the specific product that they have been dreaming about for their home.” Outside of work, JP enjoys his community group at Northside Church of Roswell, playing tennis and pickleball with friends, and going to his local CrossFit gym. Currently, he is planning his 2024 Spring wedding with his fiance Shelby.
Bryan Marquez
A New York native and University of North Georgia alumni, Bryan started his career with Flack’s as a carpet installer. He moved his way up the ladder from Warehouse Manager to Flooring Specialist in 2021. Working in all areas of the store, he has great knowledge of the flooring industry and hopes to use that knowledge to help customers make the right choice for their homes. Bryan is also a husband and father of 2 wonderful children and an active member of his church.
Ryan Flack
Many people know Ryan as Brad’s oldest son or Maverick’s dad, but he is also a top-notch flooring expert! Growing up around Flack’s, Ryan not only has extensive knowledge about the flooring business but also values customer service. He really enjoys helping others both at work and in his personal life. Whether it is leading a community group at his church, training at the gym, or spending time with his wife Ty, Ryan puts 110% into everything he does.
Amy Youngs
Amy is a UGA Alumni (GO DAWGS) and a 5-year flooring specialist with Flack’s! While she is well-versed in all types of flooring, she especially loves helping customers with color and design choices. When she is not working at the store, she enjoys visiting her three daughters in New York, San Francisco, and Washington D.C.
Jessica Ransom
Jessica is the newest team member at Flack’s Flooring & Rugs. As operations manager, she is constantly communicating with customers, installers, and sales reps. On the weekends, you can usually catch her kayaking, biking, or setting up a tent in the great outdoors. To relax, she enjoys marathons, of the Netflix variety, with her three cats and fiance Dan.
Molly Mixon
Originally from Newnan, GA, Molly moved to the North Atlanta area after attending the University of North Georgia. She has worked for Flack’s Flooring & Rugs for over 5 years now, assisting the team with in-store and online marketing efforts. When she is not working, she is usually at the movies with her husband Davis, taking care of her sweet one-year-old daughter, or photographing the occasional wedding!
Beau Blackwell
Beau grew up in Canton, Georgia, attending Creekview High School and playing basketball throughout high school and college. He has worked at Flack’s for over a year now, managing the warehouse, delivering materials, and organizing the showroom. During his downtime, he likes to hunt and fish with his friends and attend Alabama games when he can. He and his wife Cali are also expecting their first child this winter!
Dawn Stocker
Without Dawn, the store would fall apart! She has worked at Flack’s for 9 years as an accountant, office manager, and human resource specialist. Dawn and her husband Ralph have two wonderful daughters. She puts a huge emphasis on family, although they are a house divided when it comes to football (UGA and University of Tennessee). When not working, she loves to go on long walks with her dog and cruise around Lake Lanier on their family boat.
